At the beginning of the engagement I focus on establishing a strong, genuine relationship. I track and share metrics that serve to evaluate the coachees progress and provide measurable outcomes. In one-on-one 360 stakeholder interviews (via phone or in person), I capture qualitative and quantitative performance feedback to help guide our work.

Our coaching focuses (as needed) on:

●  Emotional Intelligence: Increasing ability to sift through a multitude of signals; accurately read the room, interpersonal dynamics and social cues; and respond in a way that elicits desired impact.

●  Communication: This can include (but is not limited to) clarifying and creating a powerful personal brand; building stronger interpersonal connections; learning effective storytelling and applying tactical templates to support communication needs.

●  Executive Presence: Developing a great executive presence through impact, influence and trust, strengthening others’ perception of their leadership.

●  Leadership Style: Building awareness and capability around situational leadership and different leadership styles.

●  Building Resilience: Mental fitness training to help the coachee learn how to better manage stress in order to bounce back quickly from challenges or adversity in the workplace.

●  Effectiveness: Increasing capacity to impact, influence and inspire a higher functioning leadership team that operates as an aligned, integrated unit.

●  Blind Spots: Identifying gaps in perception that hinder personal, interpersonal and organizational effectiveness.

●  Change: Breaking set routines, patterns and habits that impede performance.

●  Management Frameworks: Learning to more effectively manage various

stakeholders.

●  Accountability: Work to develop skills and strategies to effectively communicate

expectations and hold others accountable. This includes both supporting others to be

better and celebrating when they reach excellence.

●  Strategy: Interactive coaching to model more strategic thinking through Socratic

questioning.
