My Story

I have been fortunate to have a career that has spanned different fields but has allowed me to nourish my passion and skills in leadership coaching and team development. I started off as a property manager, which taught me the importance of relationship building, resilience, and accountability. Next in my journey I worked in K-12 education as a teacher, assistant principal and principal. It was there that I honed my skills in creating a vision, leading adults and children through change, sustaining a positive, productive school culture, and most importantly, supporting adults along a growth trajectory. It was through this experience that I recognized my strength in human and group enhancement. In my current work as Manager of Coaching with a Fortune 100 company, I found the perfect way to put my abilities to use. I have been able to sharpen my skills with clients across the globe in executive leadership coaching, facilitating professional development for groups of varying sizes and helping teams work better together.
